I had such a great experience at Scrubbers in Royal Oak yesterday! My Westie, Mia, had a grooming appointment with Mercedes, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it went. Mercedes was incredibly sweet and made me feel so at ease, even though I was a bit overwhelmed when we arrived. She asked thoughtful questions, which showed me she really cared about making Mia comfortable.
The whole process was quick and smooth—no long wait times at drop-off or pick-up. When we came back, Mia was all ready to go and looked absolutely adorable. They put these cute little orange barrettes in her hair and a sweet little bandana around her neck. She looked so pretty, and it was clear they took their time to make her look and feel great.
Mercedes even told me Mia did a fantastic job during her grooming, which meant a lot—especially since we’ve had some tough experiences at other places in the past. I truly felt like Mercedes went above and beyond, and I’m so thankful for the care and attention Mia received. We’ll definitely be back!
